Most orders will ship out within 1-3 business days after your purchase (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).  Your order will be shipped first class or priority shipping with USPS which usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location. 

PICK UP IN STORE:

If you would like to pick up your order at our brick and mortar location in Bemidji, MN, you may select the "In-Store Pickup" delivery option in checkout (instead of regular shipping). If you select this option you will not be charged for shipping. Your order will be ready for pickup when you receive a confirmation pickup email (usually within 24 hours). Most orders will be available next day if placed by noon on Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be available the following Tuesday by Noon. Please wait for your pickup confirmation email.

RETURN + EXCHANGE GUIDELINES:

Standard Return Window: 30 days from your delivery date for all qualifying items. This timeframe includes damaged or defective items, items that do not fit, or items that you simply do not want to keep.

*Extended Holiday Return Window: Items must be returned by January 12th, 2024 for a full refund to the original payment method. After January 12th, items returned with the original receipt will be issued store credit for the purchase amount. (Applies to Holiday purchases made after November 1st, 2023.)

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, email us promptly at customercare@218gift.com. Please include your name, order number, and a description of what’s wrong. We’re here to make it right!

Otherwise, if your order is correct but something with your purchase is not working for you, we’re happy to issue exchanges or refunds for most items. 

All items being returned for exchanges or refunds must meet the following requirements:

    1. Items must be in new condition. All clothing must be returned unsoiled (no makeup residue), undamaged, unworn, and unwashed/dried. Clothing items that have been washed or laundered cannot be returned.
    2. Clothing items must have original tags attached.  
    3. All non-clothing items must have the original packaging it came with and tags attached.
    4. Items must have been purchased within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method. (See Holiday Return Window Above)
    5. Items must be accompanied with proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt. (Order number can be found on invoice, gift receipt, or order emails.)

 

Return Policy: 

For approved products, we will exchange or refund original payment methods within 30 days of purchase.  (See Holiday Return Window Above)

  • For approved products purchased within 30 - 45 days, we will offer exchanges (if equivalent items are still available) or issue store credit. 
  • After 45 days your return request will be handled on a case by case basis by our Customer Service Team. These orders may not be able to be returned.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for standard refunds and exchanges. (Return Shipping fees are not refunded.) We will cover all shipping costs to send exchanges back to you! (If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will cover return shipping by emailing you a pre-paid return label and then replace the item promptly.)

Please be aware, we often have limited quantities of styles and sizes. We can not guarantee we will have the specific size or style you may need for an exchange. Our inventory moves quickly, but we will do whatever we can to exchange a size or restock an item you simply can’t live without!

We reserve the right to deny full or partial refunds for items returned that do not meet the product requirements found above.

Steps for the return process:

1. Look over the items you want to return and make sure that they meet the return requirements listed above. (Items in new condition, not washed, etc.)

2. Email us at customercare@218gift.com to request a Return Authorization. In your Return Authorization Request please include: 
  • Your name.
  • Your order number. (Found on invoice, gift receipt, or order emails.)
  • List the specific item/s being returned from your order.
  • The reason for your return.
  • And specify if you want the returned item/s refunded or exchanged.
3. Please wait for us to receive and approve your Return Authorization. We will email you when it’s approved.

4. When approved, follow the details in your approval email to send back the item/s needing to be returned. Please note again, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to send the item/s back to us. (Return Shipping fees are not refunded.) If your return is being exchanged, we will cover the shipping cost back to you! 

5. Please ship your return to: 218 Online, 544 Center Point CT NW, Bemidji, MN 56601. Please ship your return back to us as soon as possible to your approval date.

     

    All refunds and exchanges will be processed 7-10 days after receiving and inspecting the items. Returns and exchanges will be processed Monday - Friday.  Any return or exchange requests made on the weekends will be responded to within 1-3 business days.

    PRE-ORDER SALE INFO:

    At 218 Clothing and Gift, we occasionally offer the opportunity for our customers to secure favorite/new products through pre-orders offered at an exclusive discount.

    When you choose to pre-order with us, you not only get the benefit of a special discounted price but also the assurance that your desired item will be reserved just for you. While we understand the anticipation of receiving your purchase, please note that pre-ordered items typically ship out (or are ready for in-store pickup) within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase as mentioned in the product description and the product's name.

    To make the shipping process or in-store pickup process more streamlined, we bundle any other items you may have ordered alongside your pre-order items and ship them together within the 2-3 week timeframe. If you would like regular items shipped or picked up before your pre-order items, just split your purchase into two orders and make sure any pre-order items are separate.

    We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.  When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.  We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.Your credit card is completely safe.  Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password.
